Visual concept

The metallic emerald section creates depth and sparkle as the light moves across the surface, while the gloss black area sharpens the silhouette and emphasizes volume. Gold accents act as a signature line, giving the piece a refined, premium character.

Construction & SimonKustom techniques

Handcrafted in fiberglass with careful surface preparation, primer, multi-stage paintwork and a high-gloss clear finish. The artwork is built using a combination of SimonKustom techniques such as masking, tape work, stencil, vinyl, transfer and airbrush, selected according to the design and finish of each piece.

The result is a lightweight, rigid cover designed to transform the motorcycle’s appearance without permanently modifying the original fuel tank.

Inner protection

The inside is lined with velvet to help protect the original tank and provide a careful fit. Access to the original fuel cap remains fully preserved.

Care

Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid solvents, abrasive products and aggressive sponges. Dry with a clean microfiber cloth to preserve the gloss finish.
